WE ARE A LIVING NETWORK OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS WHO BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF DELIBERATION TO BUILD MORE FAIR AND INCLUSIVE DEMOCRACIES.
Since 2021, in each edition of the project, we have opened calls to add new voices and experiences, supporting processes that seek to deepen the practice of deliberative democracy and open inclusive spaces for decision-making.
We carefully design a series of activities that contribute to learning and exploring deliberation: from theory to practice. We offer:
- Training to design deliberation processes.
- One-on-one mentoring to strengthen skills.
- Multi-actor laboratories for face-to-face experimentation.
- Virtual experience exchanges
We invite organizations, facilitators, activists, academics, and public actors interested in strengthening citizen participation from different perspectives to join us. You can participate in our spaces as:

Although most of our calls for proposals are aimed at professionals and organizations from the Global South, we seek diversity, dialogue, and collaboration between different regions and backgrounds. We promote networking, cooperation, and mutual learning, an active network where everyone can share their experiences and learn from others.

Demo.Reset continues with its objective of strengthening the capacities of organizations, communities, and democracy professionals to enhance citizen participation in governance through deliberative practices.
The basis of this open call is to Identify, Strengthen, and Test deliberation practices in the different communities and organizations that are part of the Demo.Reset project located in the 4 Action Hubs: Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia and India, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
