This chronicle addresses community initiatives in Bangladesh and Latin America that tackle the climate crisis locally.

In Bangladesh, the youth organization Probha Aurora supports informal workers affected by extreme heat by distributing traditional hats and reusable masks, while promoting sustainable alternatives like the Sabuj Sathi Eco-Friendly Centre.

In Latin America, Resurgentes drives climate assemblies in cities such as Buenaventura, Monterrey, and Mar del Plata, where vulnerable communities deliberate on environmental issues and propose local solutions.

Both experiences highlight the importance of climate justice and community participation in decision-making, demonstrating that the most effective responses arise from the territories themselves.
