#ParticipativeBudgetSurvey
The main goal of this project was to gather the necessary information to design a global survey that could evaluate the experiences of individuals participating in Participatory Budgeting (PB) processes worldwide.
KEY ELEMENTS
- Designing a global indicator matrix.
- Validation and feedback from subject matter experts.
- Identifying risks and adjusting strategic approaches.
- Developing a strategy for both local and global implementation.
- Selecting appropriate technological platforms.
- Key insights and learning moments throughout the process.
OUTCOMES
- A well-developed and widely discussed indicator matrix was produced, and the network of connections within People Powered was strengthened. The process highlighted the value of international collaboration when designing tools intended for global application.
- This initiative lays the groundwork for a transformative tool in evaluating PB processes, while also encouraging cross-border cooperation toward building more inclusive and representative systems.
