Deliberative Sustainability Test

“Deliberative sustainability” is the ability of participatory processes to sustain themselves over time, adapt to changing contexts, and maintain their transformative potential through robust legal institutions, diverse financial viability, and social legitimacy rooted in local political culture. Sustainability is not a final goal, but an ongoing process.
