Methodological design & deliberation

Focus

This space addressed how to design deliberative processes with local and political impact. It was highlighted that there is no single formula: methods must be adapted to the context. Participation requires diverse tools and secure, accessible structures. Technology can strengthen the connection between citizens and government, but it does not replace political will or institutional openness to share power.
